- The following services are available in the mall management office located on the upper level across from the Food Court Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm. Mall Directories Mall Directions Lost & Found Wheelchair rentals are available at the Security Office located on the lower level at the mall entrance near Sears. There is no charge to rent a wheelchair. Character strollers are available for rent from the vending machine near the Food Court. Daily stroller rent is $5 to rent a. Vending machine accepts cash
